(Headquarters: Ryugasaki City, Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan; President and CEO: Masami Morooka), it has been decided that Vice President Noboru Morooka will assume the position of President and CEO effective April 1, 2024. Consequently, Masami Morooka, the current President and CEO, will assume the position of Chairman with representative authority as of April 1, 2024.
